Intern - Java Developer
Agility Harmony is a Platform for authoring digital marketing campaigns for many of the largest companies in the world, delivering millions of messages a day.
Epsilon's Harmony team is looking for a Java Developer Intern to help grow the platform even further.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work on small dedicated teams and be involved in the development and execution of automated testing.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Candidate must be capable and comfortable operating in a team environment and as an individual.
Candidate should be a self-starter and motivated individual who is able to work with minimal guidance.
Ability and desire to learn new technologies and concepts are a must.
Provide services to ensure quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the testing effort.
Work in an agile project team to accomplish shared team goals.
Contribute to automation team efforts including design, development and execution manual and automated test cases and test scripts using Java/Selenium.
Execute testing as required according to test plan and project goals.
Communicate testing progress and results in a timely and accurate manner.
Stay current with technology, tools and software quality assurance practices and share knowledge with others.
Qualifications:
o Candidate for Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
o Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
o Strong organizational skills and proven ability to communicate (written & verbal).
o Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving, decision making skills.
o Ability to work independently.
o Basic knowledge of website development.
o Basic scripting and/or coding experience in Java, C, C#.
o Knowledge around relational databases (SQL and Oracle).
