Our direct client in the greater Boston area is seeking a Manager, Organizational Readiness to join their team.
Job Description:
- The Organizational Readiness Manager will be a pivotal player in delivering the next-generation EHR system for the client .
- The Organizational Readiness Manager ensures organizational aspects of the program are on the right path and have the visibility it requires.
- This individual will guide the Organizational Readiness project team through the implementation and is a central point of communication for the Program.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a related technical field. In the absence of a Bachelors degree, 8 years of experience above.
