Fabric Cutter

Responsibilities include:
Cutting fabrics for production of tablecloths, napkins, chair covers and special projects using round knives and professional cutting equipment.
Managing work order priorities and deadlines
Working with seamstresses
Communicating with management
Keeping seamstresses busy by staying ahead of them with cut items to be sewn
Troubleshoot and fix minor sewing machine problems
Detail oriented
Good manager of time and self-motivated
Team player able to be productive and set own schedule
Able to design and make patterns
Experience as a handyman or crafter or seamstress a plus
Must be able to work at a fast pace

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
