Summary:
j2 Global is seeking a self-motivated Web Application Developer with a concentration in modern web technologies using ASP.NET C#, CSS and jQuery. Candidates should have experience working on commercial web applications with an emphasis on quality and following accepted software development practices. Joining a team of eight other developers, the candidate should be a strong team player. The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills. The best candidates will be self-motivated, focus on the goals of the project, and always look for ways to add value to the company.

Job Duties:
Join an established team of experienced developers working to improve one of the best email marketing products available
Develop against existing ASP.NET C# web applications, primarily in the presentation layer using C#, CSS, jQuery and Telerik web controls, but also writing business and data access logic using C# and SQL Server and T-SQL stored procedures
Participate in our agile development lifecycle, using Team Foundation Server (TFS) for story, task and bug tracking as well as source control
Collaborate with product and project management teams to clarify requirements, provide estimates, and demo work
Collaborate with other developers to implement code, assist with tasks or bugs, or work individually as required
Collaborate with QA team throughout the development lifecycle to assist with test case development, deliver code and fix bugs

Job Requirements and
Experience:
Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Web Development or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communications, ability to learn quickly and a willingness to work and add value to the team

years of experience developing web applications in a professional environment
Strong web development skills are essential, in particular extensive CSS knowledge (responsive and table-less layouts), strong jQuery/UI experience including the use of browser development tools to debug client side scripting issues
Experience with CSS, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, Javascript, ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio and as a bonus Telerik web controls
Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and as a bonus stored procedure and performance tuning
Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source control and as a bonus the use of work items for task and bug trackingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
