Job Description: The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for understanding and delivering necessary talent acquisition strategies to support the Company's workforce planning needs in an effort to attract and hire a diverse workforce. This position reports to the Senior Director,Talent.
Job Description
o Executes strategic workforce hiring plan for the business by handling requisitions from end-to-end graduate recruitment
o Builds high level relationships with colleges and universities
o Partners with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner in the recruitment and selection process
o Assesses and selects best universities/colleges to support organizational demand and/or talent gaps
o Serves as a primary source for university/college recruitment strategy and intern programs
o Schedules and attends career fairs/ on campus events
o Supports talent strategy by presenting diverse interview slates; evaluates profiles of potential candidates and performs preliminary phone screen assessments
o Implements sourcing strategies to attract candidates, increase talent pipelines, and increase on campus brand
o Develops and promotes internship/co-op opportunities
o Manages candidate experience, onboarding, hiring manager satisfaction, assessments and other talent acquisition metrics
o Uses technology for applicant tracking, candidate management, and reporting
o Executes campus/university recruitment plan to build future capabilities
o Adheres to EEO and Compliance data and reporting requirements
Job Requirements: o Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or HR, or equivalent experience; PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred
o Minimum 3-5 years campus recruiting experience
o Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
o Ability to effectively interface with all level of employees and university/college administrators/professors
o Excellent organizational skills and project management skills
o Exceptional results orientation with a high degree of personal initiative, very hands on, flexible and customer centric attitude

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
