This position is with a software company that makes computerbackup, disaster recovery,bare-metal restore,system deployment, andstorage managementproducts for Windows and Linux system. We have 175k clients in over 90 countries.
Purpose of Position
Manage and maintain Sales Force CRM (http://salesforce.com) used by company Sales and Customer Service departments. Increase the effectiveness and reduce the cost of using CRM. Single point of contact for CRM related inquires within the company. Manage the integration of CRM with other business IT systems used in company.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for vision and roadmap for system
Overall responsibility for Sales and Support CRM requirements gathering and execution
Overall responsibility for functional and cross-functional workflows and business rules
Overall responsibility for system integration architecture
Overall responsibility for regional/functional customizations
Maintain and configure Sales Force CRM and other CRM related systems day-by-day, including:
o Users list, security profiles and access rights for users
o Case and lead assignment rules
o Reports and dashboards
o UI interface for different groups of users
Assist with imports/exports of lead, contact, account and other data kept in CRM
Design and manage implementation of integration of CRM with other business IT systems and applications used in company
Analyze CRM related workflows, and suggest changes to improve the effectiveness of user work with CRM
Act as the single point of contact for certain inquiries from the user group (e.g., answering How to questions that are specific to organizations business processes reflected in CRM)
Escalate issues to CRM vendor support as required
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience with any public CRM solution
1-2 years experience in a customer service environment
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills to build constructive relationships with other managers, and effectively manage disagreements
Good analytical skills
Good knowledge of data reporting and analytic tools and technologies (like MS Office, SQL)
Strong accountability and drive for results
Fluent English
Strong Experience with scripting and programming
Demonstrated senior Experience with Sales Force (http://salesforce.com)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
