Campaign Manager
Seeking a Global Campaign Manager to join the Demand Center team. This person will play a fundamental role in driving successful B2B demand generation programs worldwide for the company. This person will work with the business units and global marketing teams to drive the development of integrated marketing plans including campaign objectives, campaign themes, asset development and metrics This person has the ability to cultivate and sustain a high degree of cross-functional collaboration, coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop global B2B integrated campaign/promotion plans including objectives, target audience, strategy, tactics, metrics, timelines and budgets working with regional field marketing teams to localize appropriate campaign elements and to ensure campaign plans are executed in all regions
Work with key business heads and regional marketing managers to plan and update campaign/promotion calendar
Build B2B solution-oriented multi-touch campaign content including:
Defining campaign scope, them, messaging
Building the campaign flow
Segmenting lists
Tracking metrics and reporting results
Develop campaign key messaging in collaboration with product marketing.
Write compelling, actionable copy for emails and landing pages
Manage the creation of the campaign deliverables, and liaise with the key stakeholders to create the required assets for the campaign
Manage multiple campaigns across diverse channels, and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
Provide execution guidance to the regional marketing teams to meet the campaign goals
Analyze return on investment and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in the various regions.
Negotiate with, brief and manage external agencies to meet campaign requirements
Candidate Profile
4-8 years experience designing and implementing successful B2B, SMB demand generation campaigns for the IT industry with a strong drive making recommendations and taking decisions to meet business objectives.
Experience in enterprise software marketing strongly preferred. Experience in business continuity, backup and recovery, or security software a plus.
A deep understanding of the development and execution of demand generation activities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects.
Ability to proactively identify and evaluate problems. Identify appropriate subject matter experts and other information resources to resolve problems. Collects, analyzes and draws conclusions from information.
Strong attention to detail and meticulous project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

B.S. in Marketing or related program required; Proficiency with Marketo a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
