JOB SUMMARY:
This position will support the Supplier Strategy VP specifically in the areas of internal Operating Company (OpCo) growth strategy, supplier portal management, and supplier strategic initiatives. This position will provide strategy and leadership for the Supplier Strategy and Risk teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Freedom to Act/Accountability:
Guidance given: Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Provides guidance to subordinate supervisors or high level staff specialists based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization-s objectives and schedules
Policy involvement: Establishes operating policies that affect subordinate multi-level organizational units. Interprets, executes, and recommends modifications to organizational policies
Supervisory/Relationship:
Accomplishes results through subordinate supervisors or exempt specialist associates. Modifies the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity subject to senior middle management approval. Often responsible for managing a staff function of the company.
Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:
Responsible for all projects assigned to the organizational unit. Acts as an advisor to subordinate supervisors or to staff members to help meet established schedules or resolved technical or operational problems. Directly participates in establishing/administering centralized functional projects. Submits and administers budget schedules and performance standards
Ownership of OpCo reporting, including but not limited to the monthly OpCo scorecard, Weekly Top 5 Report, and MSP/CWS ad hoc reporting needs
Support and assist with OpCo initiative activities
Provide thought leadership in providing Premiersource webinar topics, selecting guest speakers and providing content/blogs to post on social media sites
Maintain the Randstad@Work Supplier Performance Management Community to include SOPs & Supplier Strategy Guide
Create & distribute Premiersource quarterly newsletter
Provide PMO support as it relates to supplier scorecarding, supplier partnership reviews, supplier summits and newsletter communications, as needed
Provide support & training to PMO teams as a -Super User- of HICX Supplier Portal
Responsible for oversight of the Risk Specialists including management, training and mentoring
Ensure supplier compliance audits as it relates to Supplier contractual requirements
Utilize HICX portal for supplier engagement during implementation of new Randstad SourceRight (RSR) customers to streamline the onboarding process; develop efficiencies with the HICX team when needed
Utilize HICX portal for supplemental supplier engagement when additional support/opportunities are needed with active (post implementation) RSR customers
Respond to supplier inquiries and initiate introductory conference calls. This includes answering any questions regarding the registration process as well as responding to follow up calls/e-mails regarding program status
Host monthly Program Office Roundtable sessions to discuss supplier/OpCo opportunities within programs, OpCo relationship building initiatives, changes to the supply changes (supplier rationalization), supplier challenges/escalations
Assist in the development and launch of LINC - RSR-s new mentorship and training program
Participates in industry related conferences and engagements as appropriate
Impact:
Erroneous decisions or recommendations would normally result in failure to achieve goals critical to major objectives of the organization and would seriously affect the financial, associate, or public relations posture of the company
Liaison:
Frequent contacts with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
Partner with RSR-s Compensation Analyst to assist in any rate-related inquiries
EDUCATION:
Bachelor-s degree in related field required
Some additional education preferred
EXPERIENCE:
5 or more years of experience in the staffing industry
MSP experience preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Competent with various technology tools, specifically Fieldglass, Provade, IQNavigator and Beeline
Strong customer focus and customer service skills
Experience presenting to C-level executives
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
