The most important thing we build is TRUST Overview Job Description Summary CAES Mission Systems in Woburn MA is seeing a Process Operator (Painter). This role is expected to meet all drawing requirements as it meets military standards in industrial painting. However, this role is not limited to Painting, the individual is also responsible to aid the Operations organization through a variety of Operational Functions (i.e., Helicoil Installation, Iridite, Paint, ESS) on an as needed basis. Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years' experience in Paint, masking, irridite or conformal coating This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a US Person under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license). Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Preferred
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and minimum 4 years' experience in paint, masking, irridite or conformal coating Experience with MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-22750, MIL-PRF-23377 (type 1 class 2), MIL-C-8514, MIL-DTL-5541 Experience masking small packages Mechanical aptitude Willingness to learn new skills Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors Ability to adhere to workplace rules, policies and procedures Ability to use small hand tools such as tweezers, probes and x-acto knives Abilitiy to work in a Spray booth Ability to Standup for long durations of time Excellent eye hand coordination Ability to use a microscope We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
