Manufacturing Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Program Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of overall experience in either a design or manufacturing engineering environment with 5 years of direct program management.
This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting responsibility.
Experience in metal manufacturing such as CNC machining, vacuum and/or dip brazing, welding, and various coating and painting processes is preferred.
Responsibilities Scope of Position:
Responsible to effectively manage the on-time launch of new products while achieving the product cost and scope targets.
Ability to apply program management methodologies and strategies to reduce potential project risk throughout the duration of the project lifecycle.
Time Management:
Must be able to utilize time effectively.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks to product timing, cost, and product scope.
Team environment, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and demonstrate ability to take ownership of assignments.
Effectively manages multiple new product development projects simultaneously at various stages in the development process.
Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to support cost and schedule development for new product development products.
Coordinates engineering efforts for the design of new products and assures manufacturability within cost targets.
Conducts frequent team meetings via conference call, video, or live as needed to maintain team involvement, project control, and commitments while achieving critical milestones.
Facilitates the transfer of projects from design and development into production.
Effectively communicate to the management team the current project status (cost, schedule and scope).
Primary point of contact and communicator to the customer on project status, risks and issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution.
5 years of experience in sales, marketing, engineering or manufacturing 5 years of direct program or project management responsibility MS Office Suite, particularly experienced in MS Projects and Excel Able to read and understand engineering drawings General understanding of the Aerospace and Defense quality standards (AS9100, NADCAP) and regulatory (FAR/DFAR) environment U.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
