Previous farm experience is not a must, but you must be someone that takes initiative, is responsible & hard working.
Great attention to detail is essential.
Physical fitness is required.
Responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to the following:
Understanding and implementing planting schedules.
Understanding and implementing watering schedule.
Sowing seeds with attention to seed density and spread.
Moving germinated trays to grow space.
Harvesting while paying attention to quality & aesthetics.
Packing accurately and labelling products correctly.
Cleaning & sanitizing work areas and grow room.
Drive for deliveries 1-2 days a week.
