Counter Sales Representative - Millwork

Essential Functions Generate new leads and service existing customer base (both contractor and homeowner) through phone and counter sales, ensuring quotes and orders are accurate.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide detailed product information, options, and pricing to satisfy the customer needs.
Do take offs from plans and work directly with customers to meet required deadlines Stock/re-stock product to store shelves daily.
Maintain appropriate conformance with company safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Perform other related duties as may be required by management.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Education required High School Diploma 2
years in millwork sales or millwork manufacturing.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
A positive, professional and collaborative work style with ability to adapt to growth and change.
Competencies Technical Capacity Communication Proficiency Time Management Decision Making Certification required None.
Physical requirements The person in this position frequently communicates in person, by telephone and/or email with internal and external customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, squat and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
