ONE BIG DREAMtwo crazy cousinsIt all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips.
After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie.
McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing.
They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question Which one of these two cookies is the best? They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.

This is a bakery concept- we bake cookies fresh, in house, daily.
Job Details:
o Hours vary based on needs of store; Shifts range from 5am-midnight.
Fridayand Saturdays are required as these are our busiest days.

Responsibilities:
o Manage the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of freshcookies available for purchaseo Oversee quality controlo Keep the store clean and tidyo Understand and track reports and use them to track store metricso Motivate and coach employees to improve daily processeso Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and employeeso Conduct inventory on ingredientso Oversee catering orders and coordinatoro Help manage the scheduleo Keep up with posts/news/info from corporate on our internal appo Work closely with the owner and manager as a team, to make the store a fantastic place to workBenefits Include:
