We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to collaborate with us in providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

We will supply a steady caseload of contested probate matters to work on.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 5 years of experience in probate and estate litigation, with a focus on contested probate matters.
Someone who is compassionate, as elder law is sensitive work.
Someone who truly enjoys talking with and helping people.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing Key
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in contested probate matters, including but not limited to will contests, trust disputes, estate administration issues, and guardianship disputes Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on complex contested probate matters Collaborate closely with the firm's attorneys and paralegals to develop and implement effective strategies in handling contested probate cases Stay up-to-date with developments in probate law, regulations, and industry best practices Benefits of the Of Counsel Relationship:
