OverviewThe Senior Director, Regional Marketing will build and lead a team of Regional Marketing Leads (RML) to help successfully support the launch of our emerging skin cancer portfolio.
The Senior Director, Regional Marketing will report to the Executive Director of Multi-Channel and Customer Engagement Marketing and is a field-based role.
A key element of this role is to help ensure we maintain a clear, patient focused culture that values people, passion and performance.
This person will be a key leader within the marketing organization and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Training & Development, Market Access & Strategic Accounts, Oncology Clinical Educators, Strategic Portfolio Management, Legal, and Compliance.
This is a field-based roleResponsibilitiesThe Senior Director, Regional Marketing is responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing and diverse team of experienced oncology professionals who will be focusing on:
Develop and cultivate relationships with leading and emerging key opinion leaders across the areas of focus for the emerging Replimune portfolio Ensure a strong alignment & execution of our strategic imperatives Actively participate in the development of our annual brand plans Ensure coordination and collaboration across our customer facing teamsThis leader will embody our People, Passion, and Performance culture while maintaining accountability for gathering and sharing insights, maximizing presentation opportunities, strategic planning, and flawless execution across of key tactics his or her team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in building out a national Regional Marketing team in a similar sized or larger biotechnology organization (ideally within the skin cancer space), with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to play a hands-on role in supporting launch excellence.
Role Responsibilities Design, build and implement a high performing and diverse team Provide key input on the company culture and approach Develop KPIs with tools and measures to assure transparency and success Maintaining a compliant, patient-centric approach in everything that we do Be an active contributor into the annual business/brand planning process Prepare key deliverables for appropriate internal stakeholders including customer facing teams Ensure strong internal collaboration and alignment across customer facing teams Identify, develop and lead opportunities for key strategic partnerships with relevant societies and conferences to support insight generation, educational outreach and strong external collaboration Lead KOL mapping strategies Help shape and coordinate our peer-to-peer strategy initiatives with the brand teamQualificationsEducation Requirements Bachelor's Degree required ; MBA or graduate degree a plusExperience and Skill Requirement Minimum of 10
years of pharma/biotech or related experience with at least 5 years of experience in Oncology ; skin cancer and/or PD1 experience preferred A minimum of 5 years
of people leadership experience, with a preference towards experience in Oncology sales ; additional marketing / biotech home office experience a plus Passionate about providing a first-rate customer experience to internal & external customers; strong ability to communicate with a data driven focus Excellent communication skills.
Strong time management skills including the ability to multi-task on various projects and to prioritize under fixed schedules and in high pressure situations.
