Now Hiring! Floating Director of Nursing at Next Step HealthcareIn this full-time position, you will provide clinical leadership as needed in various locations throughout the state.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced Director of Nursing (DON/DNS) who enjoys a challenge, likes to travel and work with multiple teams.
The Floating Director of Nursing must be an RN and live in the Region to support our centers in Massachusetts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a current MA license in good standing, required.
Hold a current CPR certification.
At least five years' experience in long-term care setting, with 3-5 years as Director of Nursing.
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long term care.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
