Sales Manager/with Extensive Used Car Experience Nucar Lannan Chevrolet of Woburn is looking to hire a Sales Manager with a vast knowledge of used vehicles is a must.
Our grounded inventory is around 75 units with a total availability of 1,800 plus pre-owned vehicles available at all times.
This position is for one dealership within a dealer group and has tremendous growth potential! Qualifications Must be able to buy vehicles online and through other avenues Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive team-player attitude Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Proven sales management leadership, with at least two years of automotive retail management, at least two years of automotive retail sales experience, and familiarity with auctions.
All applicants must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record Must be able to work the desk, TO customers, do trade appraisals Knowledge of all Makes and Models Responsibilities Maintain a balanced inventory of pre-owned vehicles and turn rate.

Provide an unparalleled level of expertise to help customers find the vehicle they're looking for, including comprehensive knowledge of available products and services, collaborative approach pricing negotiations, grounding of lease returns, lease retention and service customer appraisals Preparedness:
Actively manage the pre-owned inventory, including photographing new and pre-owned vehicles, working with the wholesale disposition of vehicles Leadership:
Ensure sales team is motivated and trained on all products and services, set sales goals based on individual skill levels, and maintain and display an appealing inventory of pre-owned vehicles to draw the interest of customers Meet monthly forecast and sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives.
