We have the best trained and equipped paint tinting operations in the northeast.
We utilize the latest computer color matching and dispensing technology available, servicing the wood working, millwork and cabinet making market.
As an associate owner of our team, you will need to have a good eye for color, basic computer skills, and a desire to continuously improve and grow.
Having industry experience in paint finishing or retail paint store experience is helpful but not mandatory.
The Tint Technician has a lot of internal growth possibilities, many of our Tint Technicians have advanced to higher positions withinour company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide custom color matches and accurate repeat tints to customers Provide customer service to sales staff and end-users Take inventory and maintain stock of paint/tools/etc.
Assisting with shipping and receiving Service walk-in/will call customers throughout the day Maintain a clean and safe working environment Perform special duties as assigned Skills &
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience working with color; in a retail paint store, auto body, cabinet shop, furniture finishing department, refinish shop, or technical school Self-motivated, high energy team player Computer proficient Can operate a forklift Good communications skills Customer service skills Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
