Responsibilities:
Must be a licensed Journeyman with at least 5 years of Journeyman experience and proven ability to perform work on your own.
Ability to communicate well with clients and internal subordinates, peers, and all levels of management.
Reliable and committed to working at least 40 hours per week.
Willingness to comply with all company safety guidelines, OSHA regulations and local codes.
Ability to supervise and maintain a productive work flow for 5-20 electricians and apprentices.
Ability to lead by example in a team atmosphere and mentor subordinates.
Position Requirements OSHA 10/30 card Exhibit professional appearance and conduct while performing assigned duties.
Positive attitude and motivated to work in a team environment.
Ability to pass a pre-employment screening - including driving record, background check, and drug test.
