Descriptionn n n BRIEF DESCRIPTIONThe Regional Business Development Manager -Commercial Insurance generates new business opportunities by developing relationships with Commercial insurance adjusters, consultants, and brokers within the assigned region of responsibility and nationally. Primary responsibilities include inside and outside sales activities such as networking, lead generation, social media, and participation in trade associations.n Connections with Commercial insurance carriers (adjusters), consultants, and brokers in the Boston area and direct market knowledge are required.n Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 plus a competitive commission plan with a total earning potential of up to $400,000.n ACCOUNTABILITIESnnBusiness development activitynFace-to-face meetingsnGenerating leads from referral partnersnnMix of businessnnn PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESnnThe expectation of this position is that 75% of time and effort will be dedicated to the region of responsibility, while 25% of time and effort will be dedicated outside the region of responsibilitynIdentifies, nurtures, and develops new/existing business relationships to increase referral opportunitiesnWorks with a defined target list of insurance adjusters, consultants, and brokers managed through SalesforcenMaintains membership and involvement in targeted associationsnPrepares and presents sales proposalsnMeets sales activity KPIs through client/prospect meetings, events, and outreach.nDocuments all business development activities in Salesforce daily.nAchieves yearly individual/regional sales goalnn MarketingnnWorks with leadership to plan association involvement levels and budgetsnParticipates in and represents BluSky in tradeshows, golf tournaments, and promotional eventsnPlans, organizes, and participates in tradeshows and other marketing functions, including golf tournaments, charitable events, and other networking and social activities, many of which are after normal business hoursnn General ResponsibilitiesnnBecomes and remains proficient on BluSky s services and the associated terminologynAdheres to company employment standards and Best PracticesnAlways provides the highest level of internal and external customer servicenContributes positively to the BluSky culture and communitynAll other duties or projects as assignednn QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSnnn3

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
