We are looking to onboard 2-3 new team members who want to become Certified Orangetheory Fitness Coaches.

Our top coaches have can earn $65,000-$85,000 annually WHO YOU ARE Self-motivated, eager to learn and a desire to become a Orangetheory Fitness Coach You are disciplined, motivated and enjoy helping others You are goal oriented You want to become a GREAT Fitness Coach You know how to take and apply feedback You aren't afraid to put in the work needed to aggressively study and pass your ACE Group Fitness Exam HOW IT WORKS Once onboarded you will meet the team and begin learning about Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) and taking 2-3 classes/week- (ORIENTATION PHASE 2 weeks) After Orientation you will hit the books (virtually and from the comfort of your home or in the office of our studio) while continuing the in studio OTF training (TRAINING PHASE 4 8 weeks) Once the Training Phase is complete you will begin the CERTIFICATION PHASE and pass the ACE Group Fitness Instructor Exam, CPR and OTFit Cert We pay for your certifications & give you a $1,000 bonus! As a Certified Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:
Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts Helping members set and achieve goals Constantly monitor members for correct form during the workout Understanding and deliver the science behind our Heart Rate based workouts Knowing how to use and demonstrate every piece of equipment utilized during the workout Work with our front desk Sales team to build our membership base and fill your classes! Additionally, you'll need to meet these requirements:
$45 - $90/class Flexible Schedules Orangetheory classes for free!! Fitness casual attire 401k available Bonus paid once you pass the course:
$500 and after you have taught 150 classes you will get another $500 bonus).
