This position requires an individual to plan for the successful resolution of incomplete fence installations and warranty-covered fence repairs.
The ideal candidate will be 1) extremely organized, 2) able to multi-task, 3) a great communicator, 4) comfortable with Microsoft Office programs (i.
e.
Excel/Word), 5) professional, polite and patient, 6) strong team player, and, 7) (preferable but not required) multi-lingual, English and Spanish/Portuguese.
Compensation:
$22 - $24 hourly plus OT (depending on skills
experience), with annual (January) performance reviews and potential salary increase, dependent on length of employment and personal and company performance.

Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answering phones to assist with customers and book leads for Estimators Primary for organizing/maintaining work order folder system - ensuring that work orders are in the right place at all times Maintain an accurate listing of open Warranty Repair requests, what needs to be done and when they will be completed Maintain communications with customers to update them on planned crew return dates / what will be done when the crew returns Assist with e-mails, post cards, and phone calls for upcoming installations Follow up with customers upon completion of installs and repairs Ensuring customers on Hold are called periodically to reschedule or update notes Work closely with Accounting weekly on open receivables connected with pending repairs Work with Scheduler/Operations Manager to facilitate month end close out General office duties as required This is a Seasonal Business.
Long hours and 100% commitment are required in the Spring and Summer.
Fall pace is normal, and Winter is slow.
Skill Requirements:
A proactive, organized approach to managing information and paperwork in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task is an absolute must.
