Responsibilities:
Receive incoming requests from our existing clients.
Review client's existing accounts for discounts and coverage recommendations Apply knowledge of products and services to best meet client needs.
Receive and process client requests via telephone, mail or walk-in to include completing paperwork.
Assess coverage and products to ensure proper coverage for our clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 - 3 years Personal Lines experience Massachusetts P&C License Education:
HS Degree Account Management:
Min 1 year of experience Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform effectively in an environment where confidentiality, maturity, sound judgment, initiative, and professionalism are required.
