Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is looking for a Marketing Manager - Diagnostics for our Woburn, MA client.
The Marketing Manager position will have global responsibility for the commercial development of products such as: Claros 1 instrument, Sangia microfluidic assay cassettes and other related components . In addition, be responsible for the worldwide product release, participate in future products development and commercialization of upcoming products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Development of product marketing strategy for product commercialization.
Participate and/or lead product development process meetings with cross functional teams.
Develop collateral to support product release and marketing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals in academia, community based practice setting and business as needed.
Manage programs within budgetary requirements
Work closely with research to keep current on upcoming products and trends.
Other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors in Business and/or Healthcare related degree with three to five years of product management experience in healthcare/medical device marketing/management environment required.
Both diagnostic and instrument experience strongly preferred.
Experience in leading the US or worldwide introduction of healthcare-related products strongly preferred.
Experience in the commercial development of a healthcare product for market release
Must have effectively worked with a development team to introduce a healthcare product
First-hand experience in copy/design development of marketing collateral, conference/exhibit oversight, marketing plan development, strategy and tactical planning, client segmentation and targeting criteria and forecasting
Excellent writing skills for development of collateral copy, planning documents and internal/external communications. Prefer a balanced career beyond strictly marketing functions to include one or more: sales, finance, R&D;, management, engineering and/or other functional roles excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and completely familiar with the effective use of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Detail-oriented and highly organized in conducting meetings across the broad geographical footprint of the business.
Must show high degree of persistence and drive to accomplish goals in a timely manner.
High integrity and an open, honest approach to personnel management and business objectives.
An ability to build strong relationships and influence medical professionals in both academic and community-based practice settings.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
