We have an immediate need for a Service Coordinator in our Woburn, Massachusetts office.
The Service Coordinator, Depot Services is responsible for providing frontline support to customers requesting Service Request (SR).
The responsibilities in Depot Services include:
Provide customers wtih SR via phone or email
Receive units in the building
Request payment information from customers
Task Depot Technicians
Close SR, entering Sales Orders (SO)
Provide training to other Depot Service employees
Support the Depot in the processing of all Depot returns
Supporting emails, phone calls, incoming and outgoing RMA's for the Boston Depot
Very efficient in Microsoft Windows
Customer interface experience (on the phone and through e-mails)
Quick learner and must be able to follow written procedures
Bachelors Degree preferred
Motivated self starter
Familiarity with Oracle a plus
