Responsibilities:
Managing the workflows of the executive office with a focus on customer service excellence.
Investigative research and data analysis, report and presentation preparation, budget and database maintenance.
Mail and phone inquiries.
Correspondence and documentation creation.
Meeting and event planning.
Special projects, and other office management activities.
Work with highly confidential matters, requiring cross-functional collaboration and a broad understanding of company policies and practices.
Requirements:
2 year
college degree
7
years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong math and grammar skills
Proficiency using PC's, related software, and office machines
The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensure accuracy, meet deadlines, and accomplish objectives is critical to this role.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication and negotiation skills will be required for interaction with employees at all levels of the organization and with our business community.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
